Just grab some Allmax Creatine Mono don't take more then 3-5 grams a day and drink plenty of water you shouldn't get bloated if you don't OD like many people do.

Drink plenty of water already so I should be good. 3-5 grams a day is enough dosage? I've read people take up to 25gs of creatine a day
MCC or creatine nitrate.
3-5 g of MCC or mono is enough

fat kid syndrome? You mean so say you're an endomorph? I have the same problem!
I use ErgoPump NMT which has about 2~ grams of creatine per scoop.. more than enough for your daily dose..

Once your body has reached saturation which takes about a month at 3-5 grams a day you really only need 3-5 grams 4-5 time a week to stay saturated and see the benefits some companies suggest a loading faze of up to 25grams a day but I personally think you are just throwing your money down the toilet. You will Saturate faster if you load but it really isn't necessary.

Don't take 25g. Start oiut with 5g a day. If you start to bloat, move it down to 3g per day.

You could also go with a pre-wo with a daily dose of creatine already in it, like Fierce.

If you want just creatine, look into a bulk mono..Proven time and time again, simple cheap and effective..
