I spent years eating the same foods over and over again because I slipped into that gym bro mentality where I only ate tilapia and broccoli etc. ð¥¦ð I donât want that for you! â£

To make sure your getting the right nutrients - â£
1. Eat 5 portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables a day. ð â£
2. Eat a variety of starchy foods. ð â£
3. Have some dairy or dairy alternatives. ð¥¥â£
4. Rotate your protein sources. ðâ£
5. Eat a variety of unsaturated oils and spreads. ð¥â£

Have fun, be creative with it and eat the rainbow. ð â£
