Happy Thursday Fit fam. Hit hamstrings this morning. Worked up to 480lb single on deadlifts. Rest of the workout was productive. Conditioning was Kettlebell rows and snatches, kettlebell swings, and 20 second sprints. Boulder shoulders tomorrow, GO CRUSH THURSDAY!

Made 11.25 Mil this month and have done 45.5 Mil so far this Year. Way ahead of my past trends. Does that mean I am targeting 100 Mil again this Year- Of course I am. Can't keep this train from moving out with a head of powerful engines. Go make it happen FitFam.
