We have about 20 million DNA methylation sites in each cell of our body that we are replenishing ALL of the time; we need these building blocks in ample supply to keep all those sites nourished. Not only do we want the right nutrients to support DNA methylation, but we want them in the right amounts (orthomolecular nutrition!).
