Hoping everyone has been doing good, I havenât getting on quite as much lately and posting my workouts but I have been getting getting in to the gym atleast once a week along with getting workouts in at home and trying to fit little stuff at work like doing a farmers walk with 2 24 pack cases of water from the isle there in to the front rather than putting it in a cart and pushing it to the cooler and apart of my New Years Resolution have been cutting out sugar as much as possible including not putting any of it or any sweeteners in my coffee and can see/feel a difference!
