I can not testify enough that if a strong body as we age is desired, then the only almost-miracle-move is walking, carrying heavy weights. It is an all in one gym. It works. Every - EVERY - muscle is stressed, and it slashes fat as nothing else does. Full stop. Period. I’m almost 75 approve this message.
