Happy Thursday Fit Fam. Hit legs this morning. Worked up to 480 on deadlifts (wanted 2 reps but didnt have the energy for it). Rest of the workout went well and finished it off with sprints, kettlebell rows n snatches, and kettlebell side swings. Push day tomorrow. GO CRUSH THURSDAY!
