Happy Thursday fit fam. Today was hamstring day. Legs were a bit tight during warm ups so today's session was switched to 4x2. Worked up to 435. Rest of the session went well. Did kettlebell Swings for conditioning work then ab work followed. Back day tomorrow. GO CRUSH THURSDAY!

Athletes/students/workers etc. need to face the fact that average efforts equals average results. It comes down to what do you expect from yourself. If you want to be exceptional you need to do exceptional things and be able to say to yourself at times “that is not good enough.” Invest your time and energy into where you want to go. Parents, players, students complain when coaches/teachers push them too hard, but the truth is they shouldn't have to push you to work hard. You should push yourself to work hard because you want to be a great. I have watched this many times with people with talent that have never reached their potential. That is on you and the choice you make, no-one else. Everyone wants to do what the great ones do, but few are willing to do what they did to become great.
