Good evening fitfam! Well not good news from the MRI and my Orthopedic dr. Turns out my left shoulder is in worse condition than my right shoulder i had reconstructed 4/23. Ill be having surgery in late June to see if he can reconstruct the rotator cuff , labrum and long head bicep tendon. I basically have one tendon holding my shoulder in place. Along with a ton of arthritis. So no lifting from now until 6 months after surgery. Im going to try to do legs and cardio. Feel like im falling apart. I guess ive abused my body from working those 70hr work weeks for so many years. Trying to be positive, feeling really ****** right now!
