I did NOT want to get up. I had a horrible day at work yesterday and I ended up going to bed early at 5 PM, woke up to frost on the windshield this morning but I thought about whatâs the one thing in my day that I know I have control over. My morning gym trips. So I am here and Iâm ready to jump on the treadmill for the first hour and then make it to rheumatologist weight room to add a few bumps here and there. Then Starbucks and a shower. Have a good day no matter what you have planned.

wow...so for the past 2 and a half weeks I got used to working out without the app...I keep forgetting to save my or close my workout as I am leaving the gym...anyone else do that? Then when you open the next mornig it asks you to continue tracking?? UGGGGGGGGGGGGG
