Deload week. Light weight and less sets for posterior chain work. Deads, rdls and hip thrusts. Hadn't done standard deads in a while. Felt good. Still eating for growth though.

THINK HEALTHY THOUGHTS! Find your super power! Let’s do this! UPDATEs: - SATURDAY- Ate on plan and went on a 45-minute bike ride with hubby. - SUNDAY- Free Day. - MONDAY- Today was a 3-hour road trip to Granddog sit. Brought Cottage cheese and apples for two of the meals for in the SUV, which helped me to squeeze in all 5 meals. Brought 12-lb DBs and 20-lb DBs with us. So after a rest, pumped out a 5-25 UBWO.
