Friday night fun. 12 min warm up. Five, 5 min intervals - 3 min recovery. 10 min cool down.

Sled day.
1. Push 310# sled 600 feet.
2. Pull 310# sled walking backwards 600 feet.
3. Pull 310# sled walking forward 600 feet.
At the end, added 25# for the last 35-30 feet into garage that is an incline. Sled now 335#.
Conventional thought says strip weight at end of sets if fatigued. Start heavy then go light.
Nope, old man adds weight. The opposite.
1800 feet of sled pushing, dragging and pulling today. All outdoors.
Four hours. Push, pull or drag time is minimal compared to pause time.
All three require explosive leg eruptions. This is raw training. Basic.
Closer was two 90# dumbbell straight leg dead lifts, 4x12.
This is my way of respecting and caring for a body almost 75 years of age.
