Hey Fitfam! Been a while since I’ve updated here so I just thought I would say hi 👋🏻 I am currently recovering from a broken bone in my foot suffered during a 50 mile trail race in April, so instead of running I’ve just been doing extra strength training for the past month. Feeling good and strong! Hope all of you are well.
