Good evening fit fam. Legs today for my Thursday lunch escape. My, how this week is flying! Did: 4 sets of V-squats, 4 sets of leg press (traditional sled), 4 sets of leg press (seated leg press), 4 sets of leg extensions, 4 sets of seated calf raises, and 4 sets of both seated and lying leg curls. Happy numbers for today were: 220 lbs x 10 on the V-squats and 140 x 10 on the leg extensions. Happy to say the knees were cooperating this week! Hope that everyone had a great day. Looking forward to my freestyle Friday finale and calling it a week! Have a great night! Bob
