Good Friday Morning!! Awesome 6.5 mile run yesterday at the park!! Shoulder Workout this morning, 1 hour in the basement weight room. Huge Track & Field Weekend starting today, three days straight with meets, favorite time of year!! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️ Still can’t post pictures. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
