Lifted a total of 10,850-pounds. - WEDNESDAY- Today was Cardio day. Got on my stationary bike. The last three Sets I was able to get my heart rate up to 90% of my peak heart rate for my age with quick recovery each time.

Going through some personal issues had me less dedicated to working out. This inconsistency led to increase in bodyfat and decrease in muscle... a bad combo😩. But I'm back, and I'm fighting like hell to get through the thick of it. #itslife #suckitupbuttercup
