Today I did my lower body workout quads hamstrings glutes calves abductors adductors and my core muscles I give god all the praise and glory for blessing me with the energy and strength to push myself through it all safely and correctly and most importantly all in his glorious name I know it was raining and thunderstorms and even this morning but thank you lord for helping me push through it all and do it all for your praise and glory for helping me push through it all to begin with. These compression sleeves for my legs work and help great just like the compression socks and I’m wearing compression ankle shocks they help and work good when you wear shorts and not wearing the long compression socks. I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day and rest of the week.
