Havent posted in awhile. But still doing fitness. 50 burpees and dumbell workouts, intermittent fasting for discipline and mindset skills. I do not enjoy the 12/3/30, but when you are mad as hell seeing Adam Montgomery in sentencing for the murder of Harmony Montgomery, anger gets you through it. Trying my hardest to cool down.
