Had my over 40s fitness check today. Weight done (74kg) and height done (short AF 😝).obviously my BMI states that im overweight bit quite frankly, i give no *****. I have muscle (underneath the fluff). For me, weight is finally not an issue..im happy with how my body is looking 😊
