Happy Thursday Fit Fam! Hit Legs this morning. The gym didnt have any chalk so stuck with 4x4 of 405 on deadlifts. Rest of the workout went well. Conditioning was sprints, kettlebell rows n snatches and kettlebell side swings. Push day tomorrow. GO CRUSH THURSDAY!

Each day every person chooses their direction. How hard you work, what you focus on, what you get done, how you interact with others, how much you push yourself, how you view yourself. It is all on you, and you are making the choices. No one else. You have to want to be great. Never complain about not being able to do something when you didn't put the time in to be successful. When you look back and wonder why it didn't happen it probably had to do with your work ethic, and effort. Every day is a work day. No excuses.
