Good Morning and Happy Hump Day Wednesday! Its a shoulder day. Short rant-failure to rack weights. Yesterday, noticed a young man, place more than a dozen 45lb weights on leg press, complete his routine, then walk away. I truly fail to understand the satisfaction one gets from this action. Look at me? Not enough hugs as a child? Very curious.

She passed away when I left yesterday. i had kissed her and said I love you Mom. I will be back later on. She was and is the sweetest person. What makes me sad is the staff on a different floor treated her horribily. I had called about it. I am glad she told me about it. I LOVE YOU MOM.💗
