Ugh…. another long break thanks to life. FINALLY had some me time tonight and did Back/Bi’s with 20mins of incline cardio. Summer is ALMOST here… 😭😭 I’ll hopefully have a hold of my schedule in 2 weeks once my boys start summer football conditioning. Hope everyone has been good 🩵🩵
