Iâll never understand women who dont want to lift heavy bc they dont want to get bulky. Lifting heavy doesnt cause you to bulk up like the Hulk. Your diet does. 9 times out of 10 its not the exercise selection of a program that creates bulk, its diet! Too much food! Calories are king. Macros are magical. Having more muscle mass burns more calories. Eating at least 1g to 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight builds and repairs muscle. Lift heavy-eat right!
