Leg day with cardio done! Wasn't in the mood today! Ended up having a great workout tho! Cardio I'm doing 12% incline and speed on 3. Plan on doing this for 30 days to help drop body fat! Leg definition slowly coming back! Anyway, hope all of you had a great workout also!
