Good evening fit fam. Back and biceps today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Row focus. Late update. Did: 4 sets of seated cable rows, 4 sets of iso-leverage rows (independent arm movement), 4 sets of bent over barbell rows (underhand grip), 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine preacher curls (plate loading unit), and 4 sets of two arm DB curls on an inclined bench. Working in the low 100's today on all the rows. 6 exercises did the trick! Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob
