Saturday: 1. 20 Smith machine lite bar squat warmups 2. rack barbell squats 4x12 3. Calf raises/stretches between squat sets - 3 foot positions 60 reps each 4. Plate side shoulder raises & laterals 4x12 5. Lying alternating hamstring curls 4x12 6. Leg press 1017# reps 12-12-15-20-20-20-1 = 100 7. Standing alternating hamstrings curls 4x12 8. Incline bench alternating db bicep curls 4x12. Enough is Enough.

Back at it again fit fam! After getting back up to 270 ( between covid happening, getting married & divorced all in bout 2 years) i decided back in March around my birthday i need to get back into shape. So jus been doin bodyweight, bands & kettlebell training last 2 months. I feel better & starting to look better. I have more energy & soon hopefully adding some weight training back into the mix. Its good to be back & hopefully post more than i have in the last year. it can only go up from here!!
