All I had to do is leave the gym. Shot hoops by myself for cardio. Gym closes at 3, I got a 🏀 at 2:47, and by 2:55 I torn my calf 😖. “What am I gonna do about my legs Eddie Murphy?!”

Did back and biceps. I was in a store and some young mother was crying because she lost an envelope containing $200 that she was gonna use to buy groceries for her kids. I felt so bad for her I gave her $20 out of the $200, I found.

going to the doctor abotu my hip/lower back today. going on day 4 of it feeling awful n hasnt really gotgen better. yesterday did shoulders but couldnt do shrugs as i felt the pressure in my hip standing. wish me luck yall!
