Get your nutrition right! Stop making up excuses why you cant lose weight or build muscle. Stop blaming your hormones. Stop the accusations on how others are getting results and focus on what you need to do, which is probably change your entire diet. If your nutrition sucks, you are wasting your time in the gym.
