After walking the two 85# bars, 4,200 feet, necessary to stretch my hamstrings, several sets of straight leg deadlifts, two 90# bells. So much myth and bad information out there about aging, limitations, that we need special and focused attention, that we need orchid-delicate-like-what-ever…nope, i am next to 75 and that is not gonna stop me. “THE ONLY THING WE HAVE CONTROL OVER IS THE PRESENT MOMENT.” -Tobe Hanson- 3-Day Update: -MONDAY- We went boat on the river. Hubby and daughter went snorkeling in the Springs. I stayed in our Jon boat with the dogs. When we got home I pumped out a 5-25 UBWO. -TUESDAY- Was a fun day shopping with my daughter. 6,000 Steps. -WEDNESDAY- Today was Leg day, enduro format at the campsite with the two 7-lb DBs I brought. We didn’t have much spare room for larger DBs since we had 3 people in our vehicle. So was a lighter level 2 effort.
