BODY BEAST: Bulk Back 40 min workout. Continue Week 4 completing workouts for the week. Two more videos to complete week 4 Body Building videos from Body Beast training. Regaining previous results to reform from Body Beast Body Building Videos. Time and progression each day at a time. Continue with double workouts from Phase 1. Early morning training from Body Beast, Evening training in between workouts through Body Space RSP Chisel Workouts and personal body strength training. Move forward to reshape, rebuild, reconstruct, reform, and refine to retone the body. Train daily as possible to keep a steady pace continue building a better body and better health. Each day makes a real difference.
