Because so many bookstores have closed the nearest one is an hour away,been finding random books of interest in thrift stores.Been reading Game Of Shadows,Barry Bonds and roided baseball,as I enjoy autobios I found one of Gladys Knight.

Lost 29.8 lbs in 3 soild months of working out. So averaging barely under10 lbs a month. Keeping it going this month and pressing on. I may get there yet. Hope you are all well.
