It’s my 44th birthday today and to continue a trend I started last year here are my stats for comparison. Height 6’1, weight 204, pants 32x32, arms 17.25 (17.5 with pump), average calorie intake 1900, 1 rep max 305. Not a bad year for me! The third pic is the one i posted last year for my 43rd.
