Instead of flying solo, participate here in this group and somewhere in your local community. 2-DAY UPDATE: -TUESDAY- Yesterday I went to an Anytime Fitness, near our son and daughter in law’s home. Pumped out a 5-25 LBWO. It was interesting that the slow, mindful 70-lb Lat Pulls, the 90-lb Leg extension, the two 30-lb DB Deadlifts and the 120-lb Leg Presses only hit my heart rate to peak into the level 2 Zone. Guessing it’s an indicator that I show have lifted faster? -WEDNESDAY- Today hubby and I squeezed in a bike ride inbetween rain storms! It was good to get outside to see other areas while we are out of town.

More Gym Tales: My Star Pupil insofar as training was a police officer,he was eager to learn all he could about both working out and bodybuilding.Since he came in during my workouts we were gym buddies as well.All was great for months,until he got tangled with a girl staff member who ,shall we say,would go for every man in town. [ I'm being polite here] His wife found out and it resulted in divorce,leaving three small children without a father.All the above quit the gym. I wish I could say that was it,but months later it happened again with different people,this marrage was saved thro all parties quit here too. Never a dull moment.
