-THURSDAY- Ran around the Campground and did a 5-25 Cardio. It felt glorious!
-FRIDAY- Was a Rest day as we returned home from our camping trip.
-SATURDAY- Today was Enduro UBWO. Used lighter DBs and high Reps.
