Hi Yaâll - just putting this out there because I get this question a lot. I use the BodyFit app and have been for about 5 years. I highly recommend it, $10 a month or $50 a year, a lot programs available and you get a discout on BodyBuilding.com. So if you are looking for a new program keep this in mind. In my honest opinion, it pays for itself.

So did an In Body scan at the gym today. Didn't expect this! 6.2â° BF but dropped 10lbs. Granted, I injured my leg 2 weeks ago, took a week off and 2 weeks off creatine to cycle it. That 10 lbs is mostly water weight I'm guessing. Visceral (internal) fat I'm super happy about, 1 which is the lowest it can be.
