Some standing squats, smith machine squats (uncomfortable for back), leg press, single leg curls, hip abduction, glute bridges, calf raises and a bit of arms.
My abdominal strain pain from four weeks ago is back after doing abs a few days ago. Got an ultrasound done.

Some days are hard, but remember we can all do hard things. There are days when I think about those who have come before me (parents, grandparents etc) and how hard they had to work to make a life for themselves and their families. In many ways what I do pales in comparison to what they accomplished. I have learned that success is not measured by the position you have reached, but rather by the obstacles you have overcome while trying to succeed. Each challenge builds your strength and character. Hard work, hustle and grind are three things you should remember each and every day.
