The past few days have been a little rough in the gym. I have done something good to my shoulder (monday i assume) or from serving volleyballs sunday, so it restricts me from doing all my stuff i need to do ð i am too stubborn to go to dr yet & too stubborn to stay out of the gym! Just making adjustments for now, i hate not being able to kick my *** in there! Hope youâre all having a great wednesday!
