2020 was not the best mentality year. I finished a year long custody battle in Sept of 2019, so i was crushing myself physically to exhaustion and pain. I was in a cut phase wanting to compete. A judge had stopped me and said it wasn’t the best time mentally to try and continue the cut. She was right! I was exhausted. I took the rest of 2020 to ease to just training others. Now, 4 yeears later I am a completely different person, happy, running a successful training business & able to maintain a happy 14-15% BF
