Happy hump day peeps! Im enjoying these early starts and just getting up and moving, surprising how it improves your whole day. Ive been doing 10x straight leg deadlift, 10x bicep curl, 10x lateral raise, 10x leg extensions, 10x seated chest flyes, 10x tricep extensions….. repeat for 5 circuits. Have a wonderful Wednesday fitfam, be kind to one another and keep inspiring!
