Next up ... Shoulder surgery! We think we know what's been my problem. I have cartilage floating all around my joints. So the specialist will go in there and pull it all out! This should take place sometime in July. Fun fact: Did you know that cartilage can continue to grow even after it breaks off from its source?!🤔 The specialist was impressed with the fact that I had so much mobility and strength and no constant pain. From this, he determined that I did not need a shoulder replacement. And of course, he kind of was stunned when I showed that I could do a reverse prayer! In the meantime, I will continue to lift 🏋️‍♂️, with caution, until that day happens!💪
