Delts and Traps for a Tuesday! I did moderate to heavy weights. It felt great and my shoulder didn't hurt at all! Weird, isn't it?! Looky! The results! Got a great pump! (Check out the lower traps!) ➡️➡️➡️ Delts work! ➡️ Traps work! I did a wide bar shrug with no weight. It is amazing how just a slight tilt and a focus to bring the elbows straight up and the shoulders back when you hit the top really put my traps on fire! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ...
