Every day is not a given. I lost a friend last week. Super active. We summited Katahdin together and despite her being 10 years my senior, she could have lapped me. Slowly, she faded away (cancer). I know she is having a ball up in heaven (which is my comfort). Live. Be free.

Getting back into the groove following a minor eye surgery. Shoulders, chest and back this morning. No logging for the next 3 weeks, then once back from vacation will begin a new program. Enjoy your week FF!

Been a while since i posted but not been slacking on the gym. Back balsting Monday. Lots of reps and cluster sets made for a great pump. No case of the “Mondays” today they been pressed away. Get the reps have fun sweat push pull and always Stay Strong 💪🏻
