I got 30 mins into my workout today and got so exhausted. I think im too much in deficit. Im not recovering well, my delts still hurt from last week, my energy levels are super low, i need a day of just eating food i think. Cheat day and then some.

Okay my fit friends; boxing starts on the 29th so you know what that means....since Im 40 that means Im gonna have to spend the next four weeks shaking my fat and getting in shape in order to get in shape.
