A natural part of life is that people complain about other people and situations they face. It is a way for them to feel smarter and more informed. Much complaining is about others, and likely falls into the category of ego reinforcement. Even given its negative motivation, it feels good and therefore perseveres. If you want to find something wrong with a situation or person you can find it, and if you want find something right you can find that too. It is a âchoiceâ you make. Embrace your life, and what you are able to do (even though it may be hard) who you are around (even if you donât always agree). Be grateful for your life and those around you and live more and complain less. There are rewards in that.
