Delts for a Wednesday! (A very late post)
Did a workout with my buddy @josephleon7
Light weights, slow and controlled movements.

â¡ï¸ Delts work!
â¡ï¸ Traps work! I did a wide bar shrug with no weight. It is amazing how just a slight tilt and a focus to bring the elbows straight up and the shoulders back when you hit the top really put my traps on fire!
BTW ... No Thursday workout. Except some arm curls. ð»ð¤ð
â¡ï¸ I did a set of 22s (forgot to record ) for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. ðð
