My employer won't let me wear a culturally identifying garment to work suddenly. It has never been an issue before. Do I accept and continue working or do I quit? It has caused me bad mental health and I've stopped going in since over a week, which is why everyday is gym day!

I'm thinking about heading back to the gym soon,hoping I won't cry. I hate my body for now. I am worried I might cry about my mom while working out. I don't like crying in front of anyone. I cried over the baby fitted sheets yesterday she bought my kids while putting laundry away. 🤞
