I have a bone spur on the side of my rib.only notice it now and then.Someone told me if I would get it removed it would grow back. Gonna let it be anyway.

Out of curiousity…how do YOU stay hydrated? For me, I’ve started brewing big batches of tea. I find it often too easy to become dehydrated as I lose track of time. 🙃
