Each day when I get up I write something and post it. Some is about myself, some about what I observe in others, and most is about just living and what I can do to improve that. I do that to remind myself of what kind of mindset to start the day off with. Some days I have a plan, some days not so much, but I am there doing it. Everyone of those days is in a way a test of what you are capable of. All of this I wish I had started earlier, but procrastination has been my biggest weakness. I have come to realize health is not just about eating or doing. It is about what you are thinking, feeling, and saying. Your job is to look after yourself.
