I am back- Rested for four days, or should I say I did cardio during those days 8 hours. Just started back lifting and felt strong. I could feel it on my jaw but was careful. Now to see what I land on at end of June. I think I will make 9 Mil or so. Let's get over the hump FitFam.

Tuesday workout, starting week 6 of 6-week workout cycle: Chest, shoulders, tri's, bi's, abs. Incline DB presses: 4 x 12 @ 45's. FB: 3 x 10 @ 55's. Failed at set 3, rep 8, so dropped to 50's for 8 extra reps. Pec deck: 4 x 10 @ 100. DB raises: 21's for front/side/rear - 7/7/7 - @ 25's. Split-rope press-downs: 4 x 8 @ 47.5. Too easy - will try for 55 next time. Arm-curl machine - regular: 3 x 15 @ 100. Hammer: 3 x 15 @ 75. Reverse-crunches: 3 x 20. Regular crunches, feet in air: 3 x 20. Coming today in 3-1/2 hours: Lower-body workout.
