Tell yourself to stop focusing on how stressed you are or how much there is to do and remember how blessed you are and how much there is to be thankful for. Today when you start the day look for the little things that make you smile, or just help you feel good about the day. I am not going to show you a list because each of us has our own, but they are there. So often we underestimate the effect they have on us each day. Take pleasure in noticing the small things that nobody else sees. Take time to look for these and appreciate them and your day automatically becomes better.
